Fee: $27.08 per hour
Payment: Private Insurance, Medical Assistance, Hennepin County Rule 25
Ramsey County Rule 25, Self-pay (arrangements and payment must be made in advance of treatment).

The outpatient treatment program features a professional staff that specializes in working with adults with chemical dependency problems. This Twelve Step Program is licensed under the Minnesota Statute, Rule 31.

Out-Patient Day Time Hours:
Monday - Thursday 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m

Out-Patient evening Program;
Monday - Thursday 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Individual therapy sessions are scheduled once per week.

This 84 hour, evening program meets four times per week for 7 consecutive weeks. The program includes:

• Chemical Health Counseling
• Anger Management
• Group Work
• Case Management
• Relapse Prevention
• Family Counseling and 12 weeks of aftercare.
• DUI Clinic- Fridays 8:00 - 4:00 p.m.
